I recently bought the XMP3i off amazon. I got it out and registered it without any problems. All went well so far, until I tried to use it. To use it I have to stand by my window aiming the antenna up towards the sky. Even when I am outside I have to hold the radio, I can’t even put it in my pocket. I would not recommend this radio, just get an ipod those work fine no matter were you go.

I am very happy with this little gadget – I don’t sit close to the window and I get a good signal, once I place it on the docking station with the external antenna, I get wonderful reception! I use to be a Sirius subscriber but I have learned that XM is much better – more stations and add the best of Sirius, you have a lot of choices. Plus if you like sports and talk radio, you’ll enjoy XM plus not to name the countless music stations! Get this radio if you want a great satellite radio!

Love at first site. I love this radio. It worked well for me, and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a satellie radio in a condo or a house. XM also gave a nice deal for $77. It works great with my stereo system.

Do not purchase if you’re expecting to be able to bring it in the car. Reception was constantly going in and out. Very annoying. Returned it.

This is a great portable unit when used with the antenna head phones…purchased separately! Otherwise, it loses signal frequently in my location.
