Satellite imagery, elevation models and robust GIS mapping methods are utilized to create a vegetation model, terrain model and ground clutter (3D buildings). Of all available audio tracks, only two are used, La Guardia Tower and New York TRACON Departure controller position. Radar data as well as the onboard Flight Data Recorder are utilized in constructing the flightpath of the aircraft. Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo returned to WFAN on Friday, October 16, 2009 and co-hosted an hour of radio with former partner Mike Francesa. The duo hosted the popular “Mike and The Mad Dog” afternoon sports show until their bitter and well-publicized break up in 2008. Mad Dog (aka The Angry Puppy) signed a multi-year contract with XM Radio while Francesa remained at WFAN. But after a year in the desolate wasteland of satellite radio, Mad Dog’s appearance sparked rumors of a possible reconciliation that could pave the way for the show to be re-launched. This is the first ten minutes of an hourlong reunion show.
