Product is alright for the money. Be careful and think again before using amazon. They do not follow through on what they promise you and the staff is hard to understand as they don’t speak english.

This piece of junk deserve no more than Zero stars. The design is horrible, I bought it 2 times with 2 different home theater system and didn’t fit the speakers at all. Stay away from this.. FAR FAR AWAY!

One cannot complain too much at this price however next time I think i would look for better product

The speakers work well. They were just what I needed with no wires except the power cord. They are silent when not is use, and they produce just the right amount of output for the room I have them in. They can get pretty loud, and there is no distortion. I am very happy with them.

One speaker stand was broken upon receipt. Tried to return only the broken speaker stand for a replacement. Found Ritz on-line customer service difficult to work with – would not answer specific questions with specific answers – only sent pre-formatted responses. Ritz finally directed me to return entire shipment for refund/replacement. After further emails they said just keep the stands and refunded my payment. I will not purchanse from Ritz on-line again. The unbroken stand works fine.
